2. Accounts

Photographers may register for an account and submit information for a public profile.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

We may require email verification before allowing access to account features or profile publication.

3. Profile Approval

Submitting a profile does not guarantee that it will be published.

We may approve, reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove any photographer account or profile at our discretion. We may do this for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete information, unsuitable content, inaccurate information, suspected misuse, technical issues, legal concerns, reputational concerns, or a decision that the profile is not appropriate for the website.

We are not required to provide a reason for approving, rejecting, suspending, or removing a profile.

4. Free Use

The website is currently provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, promoted listings, or other commercial options in the future. If we do so, any such features will be subject to additional terms or notices.

5. Photographer Content

Photographers are responsible for all information, images, links, and other content they submit.

By uploading or submitting content, you confirm that:

  • you own the content or have permission to use it;
  • publication of the content on the website does not infringe any third-party rights;
  • the content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading;
  • you have all necessary permissions from any identifiable people shown or referred to;

  • all depictions of people are at least 18 years old at the time of production;
  • you hold and will maintain a model release contract covering display of content on this platform from any person depicted in your submitted content;
  • content does not depict nipples, genitals, sexual activity, or images mainly focused on such body areas.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize, convert, reproduce, and publish your submitted content as needed to operate and promote the website.

You retain ownership of your content.

6. Content Standards

You must not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate for the website.

We may remove or refuse any content at our discretion.
